Gamehome Technology Private Limited is a private company incorporated on 12 November 2021. The company, GAMEHOME TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, owns and distributes software applications including online games and not limited to card games, hypercasual games, skill-based games, and such (collectively referred to as "Gamehome", "Company", and "Applications" respectively).
Any person utilizing the Portal or any of its features including participation in the various applications, contests, games ("Game") ("Amusement Facilities") being conducted on the Portal, shall be referred to as "User" or "you" or "your" and shall be bound by this Terms of Service Privacy Policy.
As per the various changes made in the laws, online gaming, including 'games of skills' for prizes have been banned in the State of Assam, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh in India. While the above states have expressly banned the provision and usage of such games in those states, certain states including Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Goa, Dam and Diu, have all regulated the provision and usage of game of skills in their States.
In compliance with these changes, we have made changes to our services and have stopped offering online games for rewards in the above-mentioned banned states.
